Terms of Service.

1. What GhostUtils is

GhostUtils provides anonymous, privacy-first tools including encrypted note sharing (GhostNote) and private paste sharing (GhostPaste). The service is provided as-is, without warranty. Use it at your own risk.

2. Acceptable use

You may use GhostUtils for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use it to:

• Share illegal content, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content that facilitates violence, or material that infringes third-party rights
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or other malicious code
• Attempt to circumvent rate limiting or abuse the service in a way that degrades performance for other users
• Use automated tools to create content at scale without prior written permission

3. Content and expiry

All content created on GhostUtils has a mandatory expiry. We reserve the right to delete content earlier if it violates these terms. We do not proactively monitor content - reports of illegal content (abuse@ghostutils.com) will be acted upon promptly.

Because notes are encrypted, we cannot read note content. Reports about encrypted notes may result in URL-level blocking if we cannot decrypt the content to assess a report.

4. No warranties

GhostUtils is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about uptime, durability, or the security of content stored on our servers beyond the technical measures described in the Privacy Policy. Do not use GhostUtils as your only backup for important information.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GhostUtils and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last changed.
